Sufficient adults must be present throughout the party to supervise the children.

The coffee shop will be open during the party for adult snacks and refreshments.

If you have any special dietary needs, please let us know and we will be only too pleased to help (supplements may apply).

Approximate numbers of party guests are required at the time of booking and final numbers must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the party start time so that everything can be prepared in time. The confirmed number of party guests will be charged for, even if some fail to attend the party.

Only children on the birthday party list will be allowed on the play equipment unless permission has been given by the party host and Playmates. In which case normal admission charges will apply.

We politely ask you to wait outside Playmates in the party seating area until everything is ready and you are invited in by your party hostess.

A deposit is required for each party within three days of making the booking. This deposit is non refundable for any reason.

All parties are subject to availability, terms and conditions.

Playmates reserve the right to change the content, times, equipment, menus and prices of parties without prior notification.
